From March 14-16, 2016, eight graduate students from the Central European University, Budapest, visited Marburg. They participated in a workshop on Historical Cartography. Participants had the opportunity to visit the other collections and peruse the archival material available at the Herder Institute for their own research projects.
This workshop was the first event in what will hopefully become a long-lasting, mutually beneficial cooperation between the CEU and the Herder Institute.
